Toyota Motor Corporation is now on a roll as we move toward a (potential) EV-only future.

To increase its presence in the market for electric cars, EV technology is shared with regional partners.

Toyota's in-progress EV technology may be provided to automakers like Subaru, Mazda, Suzuki, Daihatsu, Hino, and Isuzu.

The cross-shareholding collaboration has a combined global sales record of 16.3 million units.

Toyota's next-generation electric vehicle technology claims to have a cruising range of 930 miles (1,500 km), which is about twice as far as current models.

The bZ4X, the sole active EV manufactured by Toyota, has a range of about 250 miles.

The Subaru Solterra, the bZ4X's sibling, has a cruise range of about 228 miles.

Both EVs, as well as their more expensive equivalent, are offered on the US market.
